How will we get to the wedding ceremony & reception?
We have 2 wedding shuttles that will transport all guests to the venue where the ceremony and reception will be held. Please review the shuttle schedule below and pick the spot closest to your stay of choice.
The Wick Hotel: 2:45pm
Warren & 3rd Street: 3:00pm
Warren & 5th Street: 2:45pm
Public Square: 3:00pm
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you would prefer to drive yourself or are planning other travel accommodations to/from the venue please reach out to Morgan or Michael. The venue has limited parking that is reserved for vendors.
Where will wedding updates be posted and communicated?
This website is the best source of truth but we will also be messaging each person individually to ensure you have everything you need.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We do not have any specific colors or styles that you need to aim for. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What is the easiest way to get to the wedding location?

Will your wedding be outdoors or indoors?
The event will be outdoors and the temperature at during the day is usually around 75-80 degrees and night will be around low to mid 60s. However, we will have heaters for the reception and a heated tent, if needed.
Can I make dietary preferences for the dinner meal?
We will have gluten free and vegetarian options available but if you have further restrictions please help out.
Will you have an open bar?
Yes, we will have a selection of curated cocktails, wine, beer, spritz’s, and non alcoholic options for you to enjoy

Are kids welcome?
Yes, if they were listed on your RSVP we would love to see them there! Please note that the event ends by 11pm.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes, we will have a place for gifts should you choose to bring one!
Do I have plus one?
If they were included in your RSVP we would love to celebrate with them! While we wish we could extend invites to everyone we had a limit on guest count and had to prioritize family + long term partners.
Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony and reception?
We would love to have our guests present during the ceremony and let our photography team capture the moments. During the reception, feel free to use your phone as much as you prefer.
Will dinner be served during the welcome cocktail party on Friday?
We will have light bites but please plan to eat dinner before the the cocktail party!
